Several years ago, David Speicher started CORE for the purpose of raising up a fleet of consultants who can expertly assist companies in developing cultures of care. David’s passion is to come along side great leaders and help them achieve a level of excellence they never thought possible. 

David is CEO of CORE and is known for his expertise in developing people and organizations.  David got his start in organizational leadership with his ten-year tour with the United States Air Force, where he worked on intercontinental ballistic missiles. In that time, he was responsible for entering into military organizations and providing quality assurance, helping them achieve high mission capabilities.  During his tenure, he received the Air Force Commendation Medal for his “flawless performances on 42 separate tasks inspected by wing quality assurance and safety inspectors, this performance excellence lead to the prestigious National Safety Council Award given to the entire base. 

David has worked with corporate executives, business owners, medical doctors, politicians, pastors, celebrities, and other professionals in his consulting career. In the midst of his career while working in numerous business sectors, he was inspired to create a model that categorizes organizational culture and a set of criteria that identifies the relational and organizational needs of a company.  His work has taken him internationally to places such as Israel, The Bahamas, and The Philippines.  David is a national conference and seminar speaker. David is a Nationally Certified Professional Counselor.  He is currently working on his Doctorate of Education specializing in Leadership.  He also is the founder and creator of the Spectrum of Care Model™.

Karen Speicher is Operations Director at CORE.  In 2004, Karen joined her husband David Speicher to work at CORE, not knowing how quickly the company would grow and the opportunity to impact so many people in desiring to know how to create a culture of care.  Karen is the business partner at Center for Organizational & Relational Excellence, Life Oceanic Wholesale, Inc and KnowPeople.us, and Board Member for Haiti Ministries and CORE Ministries.
 

Karen has worked with over 650 businesses in different settings, one on one, on site and online trainings and consulting at CORE.  She has assessed over 1000 DiSC profiles, plus administered and wrote, franchise satisfaction surveys, culture & climate surveys and assisted in the Spectrum of Care™ Survey and Training curriculum and research development .  With over 15 year’s sales and marketing experience as a director for corporations in the Entertainment , Real Estate Industry and Food Industry, Karen brings expertise in communication, building solid long term client relationships and putting solid proposals that are effective and have measurable results.

Karen was also part of creative writing and developing a culture program for company that today is part of their operational procedural manuals and assisting in raising 148 million dollar investment for high senior housing facility in West Palm Beach.  She has B.S, degree of Missouri State in Sales/Marketing & Project Planning, plus certified distributor for DiSC Profiles and Psychological Publication Temperament Analysis, Certified Intimate Life Trainer, and Non-Profit Management Certification.  Karen is the mother of three daughters, Abby 16, Morgan 14, and Sierra 10 and resides in the Riverview, Florida (Tampa Bay).
