DISC System
This is a tool to help better understand who you are, your team and how to communicate with each other. We then compile all personality profiles and create a culture "makeup" of your organization and what primary style of leadership your possess as a team. Any profiles can be incorporated into a full day or half day training on-site or via online with training.
